Who can access the HUPO Proteomics Knowledge Resource?
Everyone with an active HUPO membership has free access to the HUPO Proteomics Knowledge Resource. Renew your membership here.

Do I have to register to access the presentations? 
If you are a HUPO member, you only need to log in with your HUPO membership credentials and you will have access to all the presentations. Make sure you log in with the same email you used for your HUPO membership.

How much does it cost to receive access?
Access is free for HUPO members. If you are not a HUPO member you can join here.

Will I have access to all presentations featured at HUPO Connect 2020?
A large selection of recordings have been selected including the main congress sessions, pre-congress training and industry sessions.

Viewing Presentations

How can I find a presentation?
Please use the Filter to adjust your search. You can search by Session Number, Presentation Number, Author and Keyword.

What is the playback format of the presentations? 
Depending on the session type, some presentations may contain a video of the speaker. All presentations are offered with audio and visual slides. 

Technology

Can I download any of the presentations?
Unfortunately, no. You will require a high-speed internet connection to stream the presentations.

Can I pause a recorded presentation and resume it later?
Yes, you can play, pause or rewind. To resume a presentation, you will need to leave that presentation open on your computer. If you reopen the presentation after closing the window, it will start from the beginning. Video playback available in HTML5 and Flash in order to provide a wide range of compatibility across most devices.
 
What is the recommended bandwidth to attend the webinar?
For the best experience, we recommend at least 1.2 Mbps download speed.
 
Can I view presentations from anywhere?
Absolutely! As long as you have an internet connection, you will be able to view presentations. If your internet connection is slow, make sure you close all other programs and apps.
 
Can I view presentations on my tablet or smartphone?
Yes, presentations can be viewed on all mobile devices.
